My heating/cooling equipment is not working. What should I do?
A) Check the thermostat. Someone may have changed the setting on the thermostat on purpose, or accidentally, when cleaning or dusting. Make sure the setting is right.
B) Check to see that the unit has power. Is the power out in your home? Check the breaker or fuse box to make sure there is power going to the unit. If not, reset the breaker or change the fuse. C) If there is power to the unit, change or clean any air filters thoroughly. Blocked airflow can stop a unit. For replacement filters, call BELCOMFORT at 416 255-4779 .
D) If there is a reset button on the unit, press and hold it for a few seconds and let it go. Do this once. If the unit starts then stops again or if it does not start at all,
